Added Pause to Mobile Controls

Added ability to pause while playing on a mobile device by touching the top of the screen. 

Additionally, to communicate this to the player, added CONTROLS menu to MAIN MENU. 

This is the final change to the game for the forseeable future as I'm going to move on to other projects :)
